At Beta Capital Securities LLC (a U.S. registered broker-dealer regulated by the SEC and FINRA), we carry out broker-dealer activities that, alongside our self-clearing license, enable us to expand our independent investment service capabilities with the means to efficiently maintain custody of assets and settle them.
At Beta Capital Management LLC – RIA (a U.S. registered investment adviser regulated by the SEC), we help our clients to achieve their financial aspirations with comprehensive solutions always taking into account their financial and personal priorities.
Our history
Beta Capital Securities LLC obtains the self-clearing license.
Crèdit Andorrà Group acquires the remaining 20% of the capital of Beta Capital Securities LLC.
Beta Capital Management LLC-RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) is created and becomes registered with and regulated by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
Crèdit Andorrà Group becomes a shareholder of Beta Capital Securities LLC with an 80% stake.
Beta Capital Securities LLC is founded. Based in Miami, Beta obtains a broker-dealer license. The firm is regulated by FINRA, the MSRB and the NFA. It is also a member of the SIPC.

Cash Management

Security
SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corportion) protects against the loss of cash and securities – such as stocks and bonds – held by a customer at a financially-troubled SIPC-member brokerage firm. The limit of SIPC protection is $500,000, which includes a $250,000 limit for cash.
